To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password.
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions grant you access to premium features for the duration of the billing period. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases. No refunds are issued for subsequent billing periods.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price changes take effect.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and shall remain the exclusive property of MyRankBuddy and its licensors. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service, but grant us a limited licence to process it solely to deliver the Service to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyRankBuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MyRankBuddy operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
